1. Classes and Services
- Cancellation by Customer: If you wish to cancel a booked yoga class or session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for a full refund.
- Late Cancellations or No-Shows: Refunds will not be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class or for missed sessions.
- Cancellation by YogaDarsh: If we need to cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a rescheduled session or a full refund.
2. Products (if applicable)
- Eligibility: Products purchased through our website can be returned within 15 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Non-Refundable Items: Certain items, such as digital downloads, gift cards, or promotional offers, may not be eligible for returns or refunds.
- Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at adarsh001rathore@gmail.com with details and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
